George founds his own firm, quickly becoming known for real estate, farm management, and appraisal work built on personal, hands-on service.
Under Paul Rice, the firm has grown to include full auction services — while holding onto the same commitment to customers that started it all.
Paul owns and runs Myers Rice Auction & Realty, handling auctions, farm management, and real estate brokerage — working closely with clients, their family members, attorneys and accountants creating plans that work with everyone involved through a land sale, estate settlement or succession planning process.
A lifetime in agriculture shows in his own operation: Paul owns farmland and runs a cow/calf livestock herd, and has managed farms and small-to-medium construction projects over his career. He's a graduate of Illinois State University (B.S., Animal Sciences), and stays involved locally with his community, First United Methodist Church, Rotary, and other local programs.
